Domestic shipping (within Australia) is around 3-5 business days.  International shipping (outside Australia) takes around 7-10 business days.  Currently we don't have an express option.  If you require a faster shipping option, email info@onnifer.com with the subject ‘Express’ and we will try work out another option before you commit to your purchase.

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED DUTY/IMPORT TAXES/ADDITIONAL COSTS?
For INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – please note; Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

QUALITY ISSUES?
We aim to quality check every product we pack and ship.  It’s important to note that some of our screen printing techniques create a distressed/vintage effect. This is intentional and is listed in the product description.
